2018 saw the official launch of our youth fitness programme called Platform 1. These FREE community based sessions target young people aged 10 - 16 years, using games as well as basic circuit training to increase activity and fitness levels.

Unlike team sports that often need you to have a level of competency in order to take part, our Platform 1 sessions allow girls and boys of all abilities and fitness levels to train together and participate fully.

We currently run 2 sessions per week - 1 in Kennington and the other in Camberwell.
