Train Station is a health and fitness initiative aiming to provide high quality fitness instruction that is accessible to all members of the community. Our aim is that our sessions will become the catalyst for positive lifestyle changes and healthier and more active communities.

Our Monthly Moves sessions are held on the final session of each month. These special sessions are challenge-based and will push you on one or a combination of our 4 key areas:

STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AGILITY and SPEED

We use these sessions to track and record your progress through the month - helping you keep on track with your fitness goals!

2018 sees the return of our fundraising run and this year it's all about A FRIENDLY RIVALRY

Platform 1 is our new programme for under 16s that takes fitness to the heart of the communities that need it the most. After a successful 4 week summer taster session, we officially started delivering to young people on the Penrose Estate in Camberwell.

In 2018, we hope to start a 2nd session in Southwark, taking our fitness programme to a wider community in the hope of having a significant impact on the health and fitness of our young people.

Our weekly sessions take place every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the St. Jude's Centre, St. George's Road, London, SE1 6EZ
